1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ServMore AI platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of ServMore AI.
2. Services Description
ServMore AI provides AI-powered business automation services including AI receptionist, lead response, automated scheduling, follow-up sequences, review generation, and workflow automation for trade contractors and service businesses. Specific features and limits depend on your selected subscription package.
3. Subscription and Billing
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed through Stripe at the time of checkout. All plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time; changes take effect at the next billing cycle. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You may not use the Service to transmit unsolicited commercial communications, violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, or attempt to disrupt the Service. ServMore AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
5. Client Data and Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided during onboarding and for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You grant ServMore AI a limited license to process your business data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, automation workflows, call scripts, and documentation provided by ServMore AI remain the property of ServMore AI. Custom workflows built for your business may be used by you during your subscription but may not be resold or transferred to third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
ServMore AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue, missed leads, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ServMore AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, ServMore AI will disable access to the Service. Data retention periods and export options will be communicated at the time of termination.
10. Modifications to Terms
ServMore AI may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State in which ServMore AI is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
